Choose 4+ locations

Prices in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. For the 1–3 location option, divide combined monthly sales by the number of enrolled locations. Under $20,000 per location means combined sales under $20,000 for one location, $40,000 for two or $60,000 for three. At the threshold or above, the $399 rate applies. Your signup declaration alone determines eligibility; later sales do not change it.

Cancel at any time.

Cancellation takes effect for the next billing period. You keep access through the period already paid for. Payments already received are non-refundable for cancellation, including mid-month cancellation, except where required by law.

Can I discuss my report with FSG?

Yes. You can book a separate $250 per hour consultation to discuss your report with an FSG advisor by phone or video. No routine staff review call is included in the subscription.

What if I do not have all my records?

You do not need to disclose every detail or provide complete records to begin. Share the information you are comfortable providing. The more thorough, accurate and relevant the information you share, the more useful and specific your report can be. Your report will identify information gaps and explain where they limit the conclusions or recommendations.

Will my sensitive business information remain private?

We hold your business information in strict confidence and do not sell customer data. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to deliver and support your service and are subject to confidentiality obligations. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA where it applies, and use safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Other disclosures require your consent or a legal obligation. You can remove unrelated personal details from your records and contact FSG with any privacy questions before uploading. Will my report include information from my lease?

If you share your lease, the report can highlight dates and clauses to check with your advisor. Confirm contract questions with a qualified advisor.

Can I receive the report by email?

You receive an email containing a secure link to your report. Sign in to view it in your private account, where you can print it or save a PDF. Reports and source files are not attached to emails.

How is the reduced rate determined?

For 1–3 locations, eligibility for the $199/month rate is determined solely at signup from your response confirming that average monthly sales are under $20,000 per location. No sales documents are required to establish eligibility, and later sales do not trigger a reassessment. The standard rate is $399/month. The 4+ location option is $499/month.

How does billing and cancellation work?

Your subscription renews monthly. Your billing date and total are shown before payment. You can cancel at any time to stop renewal for the next billing period and keep access through the period you have already paid for. Payments already received are non-refundable for cancellation, including mid-month cancellation, except where required by law.

What period does each report cover?

Your report covers the monthly period you select, with year-to-date and year-over-year analysis to the best extent supported by your current and previous submissions. Reporting periods are separate from your subscription billing date. Missing periods and differences that affect comparisons are clearly identified.

What happens if a month has incomplete source files?

Complete disclosure is not required. The more thorough, accurate and relevant the information you share, the more useful and specific the results can be. Your report includes the analysis supported by available records and identifies gaps, partial periods and unavailable comparisons. Missing information is not treated as zero. You can add records later for an updated report. If there is no usable information for a period, that period is marked unavailable.
